About Us

Your Yoga Instructor, Sharon

Sharon was born in Colombia but grew up in New Jersey and is fully bilingual. She has been practicing Yoga for over 15 years and has been a teacher for the past decade. She has travelled the world teaching and has training in Kundalini, Ayurveda & Vinayasa and Yin Yoga. Sharon is fully certified by the Yoga alliance and has over 500 hours of professional training with some of the worlds best Yoga teachers. She has taught students of all abilities and is focused on helping you connect with your highest self.

Sharon is incredibly warm, welcoming and makes everyone feel at home. She is very connected to the earth and will share with us the magic healing energies of cacao and fire ceremonies. Sharon lives by the principles of yoga including kindness, truthfulness, thoughtfulness, moderation and respect for the beautiful we live in.

Yvette is from England but has been living in the mountains of Colombia since 2016, after falling in love with this beautiful country whilst on a tour of South America on motorcycle. She has been working with horses for over 25 years and has been taking guests horse trekking across Colombia for the past 5 years. She is the owner of the ranch and is dedicated to make this a sacred space where all people and animals are valued and included. This included nursing a horse with a broken leg back to full health instead of following advice to have her put to sleep.

Move at your own pace; Join all activities, or take time to rest and relax.

During the days and evenings we have planned plenty of activities to refuel your body, mind and soul. All activities are optional and we will move at your pace. This retreat is about unlocking the best version of yourself.

Sacred Dance of Life:
* Twice daily Yoga classes, including aerial yoga classes.
* Twice daily Pranayama (breathwork).
* Twice daily Meditation classes

Movement:
* Full day of horseback riding across Colombia’s stunning countryside.
* Half a day of bird watching and hiking to a waterfall.

Exploration through Art:
* Pottery workshop.
* Art with your hands workshop.
* Painting on wood workshop.

Ceremonies
* Drum Circle
* Cacao Ceremony
* Fire Ceremony
